Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Data Maturity Pro, provided by Actionable Data Analytics Pty Ltd trading as Level Up Your Data, Brisbane, Australia. By creating an account or joining an assessment you agree to them.

The service

Data Maturity Pro helps you assess data management maturity and AI readiness against frameworks aligned to DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM and public AI frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001. Free features include taking an assessment and viewing your scores. The Full report is a one-off payment per assessment that adds team participation, AI-generated recommendations, the PDF report and slide deck, and a CSV export. The Expert review is also a one-off payment per assessment: it includes the Full report, a 45-minute debrief with a DAMA CDMP Master and a written priority roadmap within five business days of the debrief. There are no subscriptions.

Your account and content

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the people you invite to your assessments.
  • You own the answers and information you enter. You grant us permission to store and process them to provide the service.
  • Invite links act like a password: share them only with people you want to take part.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time by contacting Level Up Your Data. Our privacy policy explains what we delete and what we must keep.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by Stripe. The Full report and the Expert review each apply to a single assessment. The Expert review includes one 45-minute debrief and a written roadmap within five business days of the debrief. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; if the service does not work as described, contact us and we will make it right.

Recommendations are general guidance

Scores and recommendations, including those drafted by AI, are general information based on the answers provided. They are not professional, legal or compliance advice for your specific circumstances. Consider them alongside your own judgment, or talk to us for tailored advice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or enter unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Frameworks and trademarks

Level Up Your Data is not affiliated with or endorsed by DAMA International, the EDM Council, NIST or ISO. DAMA, DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM are trademarks of their respective owners. Our questions are original and aligned to the public structure of each framework.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Full report.
